No. nustargane strictly allows only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset function on the login page rather than creating a new account.

On the nustargane login page, click "Forgot Password?" and enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. The minimum deposit on nustargane is ₱100 for most payment methods. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your nustargane account instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day depending on your bank. There are no deposit fees charged by nustargane, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Most deposits on nustargane are credited instantly. GCash and PayMaya transfers typically reflect in your nustargane balance within seconds. Online banking transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to 30 minutes during business hours. Over-the-counter payments may take up to 24 hours. If your deposit has not appeared after the expected timeframe, contact nustargane support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals

To withdraw from nustargane, go to your account dashboard and select "Withdraw." Choose your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before withdrawals can be processed. nustargane processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days.

The minimum withdrawal amount on nustargane is ₱200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. nustargane does not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal delays on nustargane can occur for several reasons:
  • Your account KYC verification is incomplete or pending review;
  • There are active bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been met;
  • The withdrawal was flagged for routine AML review;
  • Bank processing delays outside of nustargane's control.

Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements) specify how many times you must wager your bonus amount before it can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place a total of ₱10,000 in bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. nustargane displays the wagering requirement clearly on each bonus offer.
