1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and nustargane ("nustargane," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the nustargane Casino website located at https://nustargane.org and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. 2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the nustargane Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where the use of online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated gaming service.

nustargane takes age verification seriously. During the registration process, you will be required to provide documentation confirming your date of birth and identity. We reserve the right to request additional verification documents at any time. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all pending transactions will be cancelled, and any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the source payment method after deducting any winnings generated, which will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the nustargane Platform, you must register a player account. Each individual may hold only one account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify nustargane immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. nustargane will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

nustargane reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the nustargane Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your nustargane account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically complete within five (5) minutes of approval, while bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Verification: nustargane reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedure and is not indicative of any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
• Fees: nustargane does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which nustargane accepts no responsibility.
• Refused Transactions: nustargane reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or in breach of applicable law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, nustargane may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• nustargane reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured under the original terms.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Players who have opted into self-exclusion or cooling-off periods are not eligible to receive or use promotional bonuses during the restricted period.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the nustargane Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay terms apply:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. nustargane will not reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of a verified technical error on the part of the Platform.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game or sports event, nustargane's system records will be used to determine the outcome of any affected bets. nustargane is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• RNG (Random Number Generator) games are independently audited to ensure fair and random outcomes. The published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session results.
• nustargane reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical fault, or bets placed on events that have already concluded.
• Maximum win limits may apply to certain games or promotions. Where applicable, these limits will be stated in the relevant game rules or promotion terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nustargane Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, including card counting in live dealer games where prohibited by the game rules;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward nustargane staff or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

nustargane is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools they need to manage their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players via the account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period ranging from 24 hours to several weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of nustargane.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nustargane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if nustargane has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

nustargane's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nustargane account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nustargane makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform, for which nustargane accepts no liability.

11. Privacy & Data

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by nustargane is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

nustargane collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of Platform services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for the operation of the Platform and with regulatory authorities where required by law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting the support team.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the nustargane Platform shall first be submitted to the nustargane customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being submitted, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
